Panic Attack Short Film Review
Panic Attack!/Ataque de Pánico! (2009) is a short film out of Uruguay by Federico Alvarez. It is an amazing accomplishment for only $500; of course a lot of time, effort, and favors helped it along. There is not much of a story other than the robots coming to attack. Still, I was entertained and thought it was well put together. The music sounds like a track from 28 Days/Weeks Later. You can watch the five minute film below.

I saw this. Not bad, apparently the director's being heavily tapped to do a feature length film (of this or something related). The soundtrack is most definitely 28 Days Later's, though they may have fudged a note or two for copyright issues (not sure).
ReplyDeleteAmazing for $500! Univarn: this is the way how District 9 started off and it turned out to me simply amazing..
