This film is much better than that, and the story comes together nicely at the end. Shouldn't require multiple veiwings, but it's hard to watch only once. I am not a huge fan of modern cinema(I would prefer a Tarkovsky film most days), but I can't see why this film wouldn't b considered a masterpiece in years to come. Epic fantasy tale metaphorically depicting real life loss and a man's struggle to overcome grief and his blindness to what is really important. Yes, I am speaking of the right movie. If I could only own 10 movies this one would not be my last pick.
